If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale and Special Promotion
We do not offer retroactive refunds for sales that happened before a promotional period.
In order to claim a promotion you need to use the promo code provided, or if the product is just reduced in price, no code is required.
We can not apply coupon codes after an order has been placed.
