General Questions

Why can't I call you?

To offer better prices and be more productive in our production and fulfillment, our employees do not answer phones. Any question can and will with most likelihood be answered within 2 hours after being received. The only time the administration takes a break over the weekend and holidays. However, depending on the importance of the message we may get back to you even during holidays and weekends.

Why are there negative reviews on forums about this site?

This website was run by a different company between 2012 and 2015. During that time a lot of things have apparently happened that were not in the benefit of the customer. When we took over the website at the end of 2015, we tried to address as many of the issues as possible and have made good with a lot of people and gained a level of trust in the reloading and shooting community. If you look online, there have been positive reviews and interactions after we took over the site. We wish we could turn back time, but we can't. We are trained better, have a deeper knowledge in customer satisfaction and customer retention and understand the needs of our customers. Rest assured, we are here to address any issues you may have and take care of them.

Where do you get your products from?

The brass that is used to convert to 300 Blackout comes from military ranges and police installations. Finished products such as the ammunition come from trusted sources that produce for local governments and police departments.

Placing Orders

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed online. We keep track of available inventory and show it as either available or out of stock. We can't accept any orders over the phone. Bulk orders for commercial accounts can be placed via email by sending us the information via our contact page and we can prepare an invoice and send it to you with a payment link.

Do you offer discount codes?

From time to time we may have a promo going on. The only way to get a valid coupon code is to sign up to our email / newsletter list.

I need to make a change to my order!

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the changes needed.

I placed my order but did not get a confirmation email.

Order confirmation emails ares generated and sent out upon placing your order. If you haven't received one, please double check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, please contact us .

Payment & Shipping

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We DO NOT accept PayPal due to THEIR product restrictions.

Do you accept Money Orders or Checks?

For bulk and commercial orders we can accept Money Orders and Checks as long as the order was placed via email and was approved for that kind of payment.

When will you ship my order?

Products are shipped daily via USPS and FedEx. Operations in the warehouse are Monday - Saturday, so we process orders 6 days a week. You could expect your order to leave our warehouse within 48 hours after being placed. All shipments of brass and projectiles are shipped fully insured and securely packed.

Is my order insured?

Yes, all shipments are insured for loss or damage.

I think my package is lost, what can I do?

USPS does not consider a parcel as lost unless 30 days have passed. Since the USPS Priority Mail (Flat rate boxes) are not guaranteed and can sometimes take considerably longer than the advertised transit time of 2-3 days. Orders are insured against loss and we are more than happy to replace / refund your order, however we have to wait at least 15 days after the packages acceptance scan.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping your order depends on the product. Brass and projectiles are shipped via USPS Flat rate boxes. Ammunition, Primers and powders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx prices are calculated on the checkout page and the cost depends on your location. USPS Flat Rate Boxes are:

  • Small Flat Rate Box - $6.50
  • Medium Flat Rate Box - $13.00
  • Large Flat Rate Box - $18.00
All packages are insured for damage and loss. We integrate the insurance cost at 1% per Dollar spent (excluding taxes & shipping). So if your order subtotal is $125, we will add $1.25 on top of your shipping cost.


Refunds, Cancelation & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

It depends at what stage the order is at. After placing your order the information is sent directly to our fulfillment center. If the items have not been picked and packed, we have no problem with the order being canceled. To cancel the order, please follow the link in your order confirmation email to cancel. If the order has already been fulfilled, please check the next topic to see how you can return a product.

Can I return my order?

All returns need to be previously approved, but generally there is no a problem with returning your order. There are a few products which are restricted from being returned. Such products are ammunition, primers and powder. We also can not accept returns on items that were special ordered. In order to get a return approval the items have to be new, unused, unopened and in original packaging, within 7 days after the receipt. If there was no problem with your order or product, you would have to cover the return shipping.

Do you have discounts for Commercial Customers?

YES, we offer different kinds of discounts for Commercial Customers for bulk orders starting at 10k units. To receive an accurate discount amount please fill our Commercial Customer application.


What do you do with my information?

Besides fulfilling your order, we do not use your address. Your email address is used to send you an order confirmation, a shipping confirmation and you may receive a feedback email to ask you if you would like to review the product you purchased. We only email you for a review once and only if you signed up to receive emails from us on the checkout page. You can always unsubscribe from newsletters / soliciation emails via the unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email, or reply with unsubscribe in the subject line. You can also contact us and we will remove you from the list.

Who sees my information? Do you share / sell my information?

Your first name, last name and address is seen by the people that pull and fulfill your order. The same people have no access to your email address or your phone number. Your email address is only accessable by the owner of the site and is not shared with anyone. We do not sell your information either.
